Within two minutes I felt completely relaxed and safe and I also knew Tim was someone who really knew what he was talking about. Tim is probably the best instructor I have ever had. He is so patient and kind but beyond that, he is so thorough and very careful that you feel safe immediately. He explains everything so brilliantly and is so informative when you ask him any questions. He will go over any issues you have until he is satisfied that you know what he is talking about. I would recommend him very highly to one and all. He’s a great instructor!”
